BOOKING
Please
e-mail first to check that the period required is available.
You will be sent a booking form, or you can use the one from this website
(BOOKING FORM) which
should be completed and returned by
mail together with your 20% deposit. If booking is less than 8 (eight)
weeks before departure then full payment must be sent with
the booking form. Any balance is due 8 (eight) weeks prior
to departure. No reminder will be sent when the balance is due. Your
reservation will be confirmed upon
receipt of the signed booking form and deposit. The signing of the booking
form confirms acceptance of the TERMS
AND CONDITIONS by all persons occupying the property.

LIABILITY
No
claim can be made on the owners or managing agents for accident, loss or
injury (however caused). We strongly advise an all inclusive holiday
insurance cover.

|
RENTAL CHARGES
The rental charge is for up to 6
guests. Sorry no pets and no smoking are allowed. The charge includes
electricity, water, air conditioning, refuse collection, cable TV service,
local telephone calls and the use of linen and towels. A thorough cleaning
of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. Rentals of
6 nights or less may incur a cleaning charge.

CHECK IN / OUT
Check
in time is 3pm or later on the day of arrival. Check out time is 11am on
the morning of departure. Early arrival or late departure times may be
available subject to availability and charges may be applicable.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Guests
are responsible for loss, damage or breakage to the property or its
contents during their stay. Therefore a refundable security deposit of
$250 (US Dollars) will be required which will be held against such an
occurrence. This can be paid by personal check or bank check if desired.
The property will be inspected both before and after occupancy. The
security deposit will be refunded 1 week after departure providing there
is no loss or damage to the premises other than normal wear and tear
during the period of rental.

AGE LIMIT
Florida
law requires that anyone under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by
an adult.

CANCELLATION
In the event of unforseen
circumstances, cancellation must be notified in
writing by the party
leader whose name appears on the booking form. Cancellation will incur the
following charges
8 weeks or more prior to departure -
Deposit
4 to 8 weeks prior to departure - 50%
of total rental charge
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure
-Total Rental Charge
If the balance of payment is not
received by 8 (eight) weeks prior to departure, the owners reserve the
right to cancel the booking.
It
is possible to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
